Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.AYYANAR PREM KUMAR S, Advocate for the petitioner and of M.VEERANTHIRAN,Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.9791 of 2022, dated 06.01.2023. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has already been filed before the concerned Court and the same is pending for trial.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.9791 of 2022, dated 06.01.2023 is fully relaxed.
