ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondent police to secure the accused in Crime No.325 of 2013, dated 15.11.2013 to file a final report within a stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. side).

3. Learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submits that final report has been filed in the matter and the matter stands closed as 'mistake of fact'.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this criminal original petition stands closed. Referred charge sheet shall be served upon the petitioner forthwith. It is open to the petitioner to move a protest petition within a period of one month from today.
