Today (i.e.13.07.2018), when the matter was called, the learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the respondent is willing to consider the case of the petitioner if all the certificates and amount prescribed in the impugned order are submitted.

2. In the light of the submissions made, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the respondent herein with required documents and deposit the amount pointed out in the impugned order in Na.Ka. No.R3/3788/2017, dated 06.03.2018 within a period of two days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation along with required details, the respondent herein shall consider the same favorably and grant fresh allotment order to the petitioner with in a period of two days therefrom. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
