ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.08.2013.

2.Though the relief sought in this writ petition is to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.08.2013 seeking to rectify the extent of land in S.Nos.62/1,2,3,5 situated at Jhothi Alangulam village, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District. 3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that now an appeal filed by the petitioner is pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Usilampatti, the second respondent herein in respect of the same property and it is suffice that the second respondent may be directed to dispose of the appeal. 4.In the above circumstances, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to the other co-owner namely, one Muthuramalingam, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
