ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint made by the fourth respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, a case in Crime No.74 of 2023, came to be registered for the offences under Sections 294(b), 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act 2002.

3. Since the case in Crime No.74 of 2023 has been registered against the petitioner, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
