This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to take necessary auction against the third respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.06.2024. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that already the petitioner's representation was considered and an FIR in Crime No.102 of 2025 has been registered. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.
