This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondent police to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner and his property on the basis of the representation given by him, dated 28.02.2015. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the police will afford police protection to the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition shall stand closed. It is made clear that the cost of police protection shall be borne by the petitioner.
