2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.10260 of 2019 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.866 of 2019, dated 02.01.2020 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent has strongly opposed to relax the condition.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.10260 of 2019 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.866 of 2019, dated 02.01.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
