Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court L-4 to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to settle/recover the petitioner gratuity amount payable as per the order of the Controlling Authoriy dated 24.08.2012 within stipulated time.
