ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondent herein to register a case and take action against the proposed accused person as per the petitioner's complaint, dated 12.07.2014 and file a charge sheet within a stipulated time.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, already a case has been registered on the file of the respondent police in Crime No.15 of 2015 for the offences under Section 420 I.P.C.
