The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to expedite the investigation in Crime No.248 of 2018 on the file of the third respondent and to file a final report. 2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 2 and 3, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.248 of 2018, is underway and prays for three months time to file a final report.
