This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.M2/9261/2022 dated 14.09.2022 and quash the same as illegal and consequentially to direct the 2nd respondent to issue No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a "Spa/Massage Centre in the name and style of "Dana Mesari Bali Spa Private Limited at No.7, Sakthi Colony, Cantonment, Trichy District within the period stipulated by this Court.
2. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that without hearing the petitioner, the above said order has been passed by the first respondent 2/4
dated 14.09.2022. Now according to him, he is available with all the documents, which is required by the first respondent.
3. Let the petitioner appear before the first respondent along with the above said documents. Let the above said representation be reopened by the first respondent, it may be considered and pass orders on its own merits within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
