This Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C. Praying this court to withdraw the investigation in Crime No.20 of 2011 on the file of the 3rd respondent and transfer the same to the 4th respondent herein.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to summon the Contemnors/respondents 1 and 3 and deal with them as per law for having willfully disobeyed the order dated 30.10.2019, made Crl.O.P. (MD)No.6933 of 2018.

2. As per the above said order, a direction was issued to the third respondent to complete the investigation under the monitoring

of the first respondent.

3. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), investigation was conducted under the monitoring of the first respondent and also filed a final report. Notice was also served upon the defacto complainant.

4. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, no such notice was received. But, however, the signature of the defacto complainant is found in the notice.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), This Contempt Petition is closed.
