*********** This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the third respondent to conclude the proceedings in Letter No.2196/2021/C3/Complaint dated 02.11.2021 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that based on the petitioner's complaint against the fourth respondent, the proceedings has been initiated by the third respondent on 02.11.2021, but no final orders have been passed. In such circumstances, this writ petition has been filed. 3.Heard Mr.A.Arun Prasad, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Jeyapriya, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

4.On instructions, learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents would submit that the proceedings initiated on 02.11.2021 based on the petitioner's complaint will be concluded within a period of four [4] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The said statement is recorded. 5.Accordingly, this Court directs the third respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's complaint dated 15.05.2021 against the fourth respondent within a period of four [4] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording a fair opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
