3.Though the petitioner has given some explanation for the delay in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is of the view that Court fee was paid for a sum of Rs.157/- instead of Rs.53,000/- and therefore, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to the Bubbles Day Care, being run by the Women Lawyers Association, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. sd/- 10/03/2020 / TRUE COPY / / /2020 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
