ORDER
This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the second and third respondents to take effective steps to secure the accused in Crime No.4 of 2015 on the file of the third respondent.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. side) for the State.
3. The petitioner seeks direction to the respondents to secure the accused. This Court is of the view that arrest of a person is the prerogative of the police.
4. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition shall stand dismissed with the observation that it is expected that the respondent police would act fairly in the conduct of investigation.
