Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.JAMEEL ARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.95 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.13363 of 2020 on 25.01.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly. hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly till date.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD). No.95 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.13363 of 2020 on 25.01.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.1994 of 2021 Police, on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., till the filing of the final report.
