Prayer : This petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to conduct a fair enquiry and to take action as against the 3rd and 4th respondents in accordance with law by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 02.02.2022 within a time frame as fixed by this Honble Court.

ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to conduct a fair enquiry and to take action as against the third and fourth respondents in accordance with law by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 02.02.2022.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the first and second respondents on 02.02.2022 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3.In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
