Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to pay the terminal benefits eligible to the petitioner as per the resolution dated 22.01.2018 passed in the Board Meeting of the respondent society.

The writ petitioner was employed in the first respondent society. He has since been relieved from his service, however, his terminal benefits are yet to be disbursed. It is the stand of the writ petitioner that the Management of the society has since passed a resolution dated 22.01.2018. He only wants the implementation of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the said resolution. Therefore, this writ petition has been filed. 2.When the matter was taken up for disposal, it is submitted by the counsel on either side that the writ petitioner has been relieved from service and that there is no disciplinary action pending against him and that there is no criminal case also registered against him.

3.In these circumstances, the writ petitioner will have to be necessarily paid his terminal benefits without delay. Therefore, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to settle the terminal benefits of the writ petitioner within a period of four weeks. 4.This writ petition is allowed accordingly. No costs.
