ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the sole accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.Not Known of 2021 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the defacto complainant viz., Karpagam, who was working under the petitioner's husband, had lodged a complaint against the petitioner's husband viz., Sethuraman and the same has been registered in Crime No.1852 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 294(b), 406, 420 and 506(i) of IPC. In this case, the petitioner's husband was arrested and released on bail. Due to that motive, the petitioner was harassed and forced to attend enquiry on 23.12.2020 and notice has also been sent by the Inspector of Police, K.Pudur Police Station.

CRL OP(MD). No.3395 of 2021 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that there is no case and no petition pending against the petitioner.

4.In view of the same, the respondent Police is directed not to unnecessarily harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry. If at all any case is registered, the respondent Police will issue notice properly under Section 41(A) against the petitioner. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
