O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to file final report in Crime No.338 of 2017, dated 22.06.2017, on the file of the respondent police and proceed with the same as per law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondents.

3. It is stated that on the basis of the complaint received from the petitioner, a case was registered in Crime No.338 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 147, 447, 294(b), 324, 323 and 506 (ii) of I.P.C., on 22.06.2017. Though the accused are all named and identified by the petitioner, the grievance of the petitioner is that no one in connection with the crime is arrested. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to issue the direction to the second respondent to file final report, after completion of the investigation, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
