This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute in respect of suit property in O.S.No.123 of 2016 pending before the District Judge, Tirunelveli.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that in this case, based on the complaint given by one Meena, enquiry was conducted and thereafter the same was closed and therefore, personal appearance of the petitioner is not at all required by the respondent police.
