Heard both sides.

2. All that the petitioner wants is issuance of No Objection Certificate in respect of the petition-mentioned lands.

3. When the matter was taking up for hearing, the learned Standing counsel clarified that the petition-mentioned lands are not covered by the acquisition proceedings.

4. I therefore direct the second respondent to issue No Objection Certificate as sought for by the petitioner. This shall be done by the second respondent within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition stands allowed. No costs.
