Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.LAJAPATHYROY Advocate for the petitioner and of THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- This matter is listed today under the caption "for reporting compliance".

2.This Court, by the order dated 21.11.2017 in Crl.OP.(MD) No.10030 of 2017, has dismissed the Criminal Original Petition with a cost of Rs.75,000/- to be paid to the credit of Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3.Today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has filed a memo dated 07.03.2018, stating that the petitioners have complied with the order passed by this Court dated 21.11.2017 and paid a sum of Rs.75,000/- to the credit of the Hon'ble Chief Justice https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Relief Fund, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai. He has also produced a Challan to that effect. The said memo is hereby recorded, Petition is closed.
