ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner in respect of the contractual dispute relating to the purchase of buses between the petitioner and 4th respondent. 2.The petitioner seeks protection not to harass in respect of a contractual dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent. This petition has been filed in the year 2014. Now, 41/2 years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. 3.In view of the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
