Order:This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.LENIN KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.84 of 2021, dated 18.01.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as per the orders passed by this Court he had contributed 12 bags of branded Ponni rice(each containing 50Kg) to Anbagam and he has also produced the receipt dated 09.03.2021 for the same.

3. In view of the same, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted and if the petitioner fails to comply with the order within the stipulated period, the respondent police shall secure the petitioner and proceed in accordance with law.
