The present transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed to transfer C.A.No.56 of 2024 against Crl.MP. No. 4374 of 2024 in DVC. No. 1/3

11 of 2023, on the file of the Principal District Court, Sivagangai, to the Principal District Court, Madurai.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that DVC.No.8 of 2025 is already transferred from Principal District Court, Sivagangai, to the Principal District Court, Madurai. Therefore, the petitioner is seeking to transfer the C.A.No.56 of 2024 also to the Principal District Court, Madurai.

3.After hearing the rival submissions, this Court is inclined to allow this transfer civil miscellaneous petition. Therefore, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed as prayed for. No costs. 26.08.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes Tmg To
