RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modified the b condition in para 7 i.e, appearance before the respondent police may be modified before the Peravurani Police Station, every Sunday as 10.30 AM instead of the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 AM for a period of four weeks imposed upon the petitioner by this Hon'ble Court in CRL OP(MD)No.1238 of 2023 dated 24.01.2023.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.THALAIMUTHARASU G, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1238 of 2023, dated 24.01.2023. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1238 of 2023, dated 24.01.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police for further period of two Sunday at 10.30 am and thereafter, as and when required.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
