ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking direction to transfer the investigation pending before the second respondent police in Crime No.139 of 2022 to any other police station or Deputy Superintendent of Police, Tiruchuli.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the allegation made with regard to taking away his two wheeler, no such offence is mentioned in the FIR and no investigation is undertaking by the respondent police over upon the said stealing of vehicle.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken and during the course of enquiry, there was a compromise between the parties and later the same ended in failure and on that basis, the above said complaint was registered in Crime No.139 of 2022 and investigation is pending. 2/4

4. In view of the above, let the second respondent may investigate with regard to the stealing of the above said vehicle and in the meantime, the petitioner must appear before the second respondent and furnish the necessary particulars with regard to RC book, ownership, etc.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
