This Criminal Original Petition is listed today under the caption "For being mentioned".

2. It is submitted that in para-9 of the order dated 01.08.2025, the name of the trial Court has wrongly been mentioned as "the Special Court for POCSO Act, Dindigul", instead of "the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA) Act Cases, Sivagangai". Therefore, the name of the trial Court has to be corrected as "the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA) Act Cases, Sivagangai".

3. In view of the above, the Registry is directed to correct the error in the order dated 01.08.2025 as mentioned above and after carrying out the said corrections, issue fresh order copy to the parties concerned.
