The learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Petitioner had filed this Petition seeking direction against the Respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the Petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions of Respondents 1 and 2, would submit that based on the complaint of the Respondent 3, summons were issued to the Petitioner and the Respondent

3. On appearance of the Petitioner and on enquiry, the Petitioner admitted that he had received Rs.2,55,000/- from the Respondent 3 and he had paid only Rs.50,000/-. He undertook to pay the balance amount. Therefore, the enquiry was closed.

3. Considering the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the Respondents 1 and 2 are warned not to intefere in the civil dispute particularly in the light of the Circulars of the Director General of Police, Tamil Nadu warning the Field Officers not to involve themselves in civil dispute and money dispute.
