ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.12.2017 to refund the amount due to the petitioner within the time as stipulated by this Court.

2.According to the petitioner, he is a contractor and he has completed the works allotted by the respondents. Now, the grievance of the petitioner is that EMD paid by the petitioner for the works allotted by the respondents has not been paid and therefore, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 22.12.2017 which is still pending. Since no order has been passed, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.12.2017 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
