2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that the petitioners have complied with the condition imposed by this Court only for five days.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners.

4. Accordingly, this Petition is dismissed.
