Mrs.Srimathi, the learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2.The petitioner was working as Jeep Driver in the office of the third respondent, since 1979. He attained the age of superannuation on 30.04.2008, but unfortunately, the petitioner's service were not regularized. Therefore, he was unable to get even pension. In this regard, proposals have been submitted already by the second respondent to the first respondent. The writ petitioner has also sent a representation in this regard dated 25.11.2017. The first respondent is directed to pass orders on the petitioner's representation in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.This writ petition is allowed as indicated above.
