ORDER

This petition is filed for direction to direct the respondent police to carry out the investigation in crime No.11 of 2009 as per the order dated 25.08.2011 passed in Cr.M.P.No.1165 of 2010 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court, Vilathikulam and to file charge sheet in accordance with law.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that already the case in crime No.11 of 2009 on the file of the respondent police has been closed as Action Dropped on 07.04.2018 and RCS also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam.

3.Recording the said submission, since the prayer in this petition has become infructuous, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. The respondent police is directed to serve the copy of RCS to the petitioner.
