PRAYER: Review Application filed under Section 114 r/w Order 47 Rule 1 of CPC, to review the order, dated 18.10.2022 passed by this Court in CRP(MD)No.2060 of 2022.

O R D E R

This Review Application is filed to review the order, dated 18.10.2022 passed by this Court in CRP(MD)No.2060 of 2022. 2.This Court, by order dated 18.10.2022 allowed the Civil Revision Petition with the following terms:-  Directed the petitioners to pay a cost of Rs.10,000/- to each respondents within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

 The impugned order passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Palani, in I.A.No.31 of 2022 in O.S.No.20 of 2014, dated 20.09.2022 was set aside.

 Liberty was granted to the trial Court either to accept or reject the written statements, which were filed belatedly.  The trial Court shall endeavour to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. 3.The petitioners have preferred this Review Application that these petitioners are not in a position to pay the cost imposed by this Court as per the order dated 18.10.2022 in CRP(MD)No.2060 of 2022 and therefore, prayed for appropriate orders. 4.Since the petitioners are expressing their difficulty in paying the cost amount as imposed by this Court on 18.10.2022, the order passed in Civil Revision Petition in CRP(MD)No.2060 of 2022, dated 18.10.2022 is recalled and the Civil Revision Petition is restored to file.

5.Accordingly, this Review Application is allowed. Registry is directed to list the Civil Revision Petition for further hearing before the regular Court. No costs.
