order passed by the 1st respondent vide his proceedings in Rc.No. 1524/MM6/2023, dated 02.03.2023.

ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner was the quarry lease holder. He seeks extension of the period in respect of the non-operative period.

3. The petitioner is permitted to submit a representation before the first respondent. The first respondent shall pass an appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of submission of the application by the petitioner herein.
