PRAYER: Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records relating to the detention of petitioner's son namely Lakshmanan, son of Moorthy aged about 42 years under Section 2(e) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 vide Detention Order dated 31.01.2022 made in Cr.M.P.No.09/2022 passed by the second respondent herein and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents herein to produce the person or body of the detenu Lakshmanan now confined at Central Prison, Tiruchirapalli before this Court and thereafter set him at liberty.
