ORDER
This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the second respondent to take immediate action on the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Andipatti, dated 30.08.2013 in Crime No.217 of 2011.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the State. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that despite the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Andipatti, directing further investigation as early as on 30.08.2013, the second respondent had not acted upon the same.
4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) would submit that pursuant to the order of the learned Magistrate, seven witnesses stand examined and investigation will be completed at an early date. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition shall stand closed with a direction to the second respondent to expeditiously complete the investigation in this case.
