PRAYER: Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records relating to the detention of petitioner's son namely Mathan @ Mathubalan, son of Baskar aged about 28 years under Section 2(e) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 vide Detention Order dated 31.01.2022 made in Cr.M.P.No.08/2022 passed by the second respondent herein and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents herein to produce the person or body of the detenu Mathon @ Mathubalan now confined at Central Prison, Tiruchirapalli, before this Court and thereafter set him at liberty.
