2.By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The petitioner is presently working as Foreman Grade I. He seeks promotion to the post of Special Grade Foreman. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

case has already been recommended by the third respondent when suitability was called for by the second respondent. 4.Therefore, the second respondent is directed to take a decision in the matter on the petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2018 in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
