Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent Nos.1 to 6 to take appropriate action as against the respondent Nos.7 to 9 for their commission of illegal acts in the name of erecting wind mills at Thoothukudi District, on the basis of his representation dated 22.01.2018 as expeditiously as possible within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN,J.) Heard the submissions of Mr.R.Anand, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 6 and Mr.M.Ajmal Khan, learned Senior Counsel who appears for the eighth respondent.

2. After some arguments, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition, with liberty to work out his remedy, after collecting all relevant materials and particulars and also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the liberty sought for by the petitioner is granted. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
