This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction to the respondent to alter the Sections as the averments mentioned in the Petition dated 28.11.2015 and to file alteration report as early as possible in the above Crime No.521 of 2014 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that the respondent police already filed alteration report in Crime No.521 of 2014.
