O R D E R

In view of the pendency of civil litigation between the petitioner and the opposite parties, an order giving police protection as prayed for cannot be granted under Section 482 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the Code of Criminal procedure, as that would impinge upon the civil rights of parties.

2. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
