2.The petitioner was given a week time to submit his explanation in response to the charge memo. The said period expires today. The petitioner is given further 15 days time to offer his explanation in response to the impugned charge memo. It is made clear that the petitioner's rights have not been adjudicated in this writ petition.

3.With this liberty and extension of time, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
