For Respondent : Mr.A.Robinson, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.93 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 342 and 307 of I.P.C., in Crime No.93 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. As rightly pointed out by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the petitioner being a juvenile, cannot maintain a petition for anticipatory bail. It has to be dismissed as not maintainable.

4. As regards the apprehension expressed by the petitioner's counsel that the petitioner may be apprehended and sent to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.3605 of 2020 observation home, I make it clear that in the event of his apprehension, the petitioner will not be sent to any observation home but released on the bond to be given by his parents. I am showing this indulgence because it is submitted that the petitioner did not use any weapon on the victim and that he had merely used his bare hands.

5. With these observations, this criminal original petition is disposed.
