PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.23 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 354A(2), 323 and 506(1) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002, in Crime No.23 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant trespassed into the house of the defacto complainant and had committed sexual assault on the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

CRL OP(MD).
