O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file final report in Crime No.17 of 2017, filed for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 354 of IPC., within a time frame.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent conducted petition enquiry and closed as 'mistake of fact' on 17.01.2017.

4. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Since the case was closed on 17.01.2017, the respondent police is directed to serve a copy of the closure report to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
