O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's son Ajay Menon, aged about 19 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. The petitioner would state that his son Ajay Menon was found missing from 10.02.2021 and he searched various places and thereafter, he lodged a complaint with the second respondent on 15.02.2021, but no action was taken to secure him and hence, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the detenu appeared before this Court through Video Conferencing from the Public Prosecutor Office and stated that he is a major and he was residing with his grand-mother's house at Gudalur. It is also stated that his parents are living separately due to matrimonial dispute. According to him, no one detained him illegally.
