ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the 1st respondent to forward the 1st petitioner complaint, dated 01.11.2021, to the 3rd respondent to conduct an enquiry as per the Code of Criminal Procedure.

2. It is seen that the representation given by the petitioners dated 01.11.2021 to the respondents 1 to 4 is pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the fourth respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 5 to 7 and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
